Sickness
5th. Aug, 2009 | 08:52 pm
mood:
sick
I'm never going to leave the house ever again while I am under the weather. Today I went to see the accountant in Ballarat and lost one credit card, as well as leaving my wallet at Ballarat Station. Thank goodness the accountant's wife was kind enough to drop me off back at the station. I feel like death warmed up and look like I've injected myself something chronic. *eyeballs swivel in the back of head*
People are saying it's the Adelaide effect left over from AVCon. Perhaps it's fortunate that I became ill after all the important paperwork and boring things had been done. And to think I was smug enough to think I had been immune to it.
However, I only just realised that One Day In Paradise officially turns 1 year old on September the 1st. Must think of something to do, if I don't keel over from illness in the meantime.

Shopping Service - China
14th. Dec, 2008 | 08:19 pm
The service fee is 7% of the value of the goods. This all goes to him, not to me. You pay him directly by PayPal in USD, covering PayPal costs.
Any complaints, contact me and if you're unhappy you can find me at my store in Melbourne and have a go at me with your loli brolly.
EDIT: This service has been suspended. here is a copy of what I have sent out:
Hi guys,
I am unbelieveably sorry for this but my Chinese supplier has pulled the plug on doing orders for now as he said he didn’t think it through. He is a uni student and is still doing stuff for his course and is also caring for his mother so he didn’t think it through before taking on extra responsibility.
I have had a talk with him about this as personally if I said I would do something and had enquiries I would do it, but I think I ran him ragged earlier this year so he’s seeing it as more stress for him for now. That is not to say that he will not consider doing it again but I’d rather try and find someone else to service you all. I’m racking my brains for an alternative but he is really trustworthy and have been through my Facebook list and can’t see anyone else more suitable than him.
Once again I am so sorry.
~Mariko
